Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment option for your smart card purchase. With COD, you only pay when your card is delivered to your doorstep. This ensures that you receive the product exactly as expected before making any payment.
When you choose Cash on Delivery, you will be required to pay the full order amount (including shipping charges, if applicable) to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not always have change available.
Delivery Timeline
Please note that your smart card will be delivered within approximately 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The delivery timeline may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We dispatch cards in batches to ensure quality control and efficient processing. Each batch is queued and processed systematically. This batch processing system allows us to maintain high standards of quality while managing production efficiently. Your order will be assigned to the next available batch based on the order date and current production schedule.
You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your card has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
No Returns Policy
Important: Once your smart card has been printed and personalized with your information, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is because each card is custom-made with your unique details, including your name, contact information, and other personalized elements.
Before confirming your order, please carefully review all the information you provide, including:
- Your name and personal details
- Contact information (phone, email, social media links)
- Design preferences and customization options
- Shipping address
If you notice any errors in your order before it goes into production, please contact us immediately at hey@ysid.me or via WhatsApp at +91-9166653741. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this is only possible if the card has not yet been printed.
Delivery Precautions & Safety Measures
We take the safety and security of both our customers and delivery personnel seriously. The following precautions are in place for Cash on Delivery orders:
Identity Verification
Our delivery partners will verify your identity before handing over the package. Please have a valid government-issued ID ready for verification. The name on the ID should match the name on the order.
Package Inspection
You are encouraged to inspect the package before making payment. Check that the package is sealed and undamaged. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please inform the delivery person immediately.
Payment Security
Our delivery partners are trained to handle cash transactions securely. They will count the money in your presence and provide a receipt. Please keep the receipt for your records.
Delivery Attempts
We will make up to three delivery attempts. If you are not available, please ensure someone authorized to receive the package is present at the delivery address. If all attempts fail, the order may be cancelled, and you will need to place a new order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Include landmarks, apartment numbers, and any special delivery instructions. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or failed attempts.
Contact Information
Keep your phone accessible during the delivery window. Our delivery partners will contact you before arrival. If your contact number is unreachable, it may result in a failed delivery attempt.
