The service, branding, and our proprietary materials are owned by Your Social ID or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

Content we do not support

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our policies, including content that promotes hate, illegal activity, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, or serious harassment. We may take action at our discretion where necessary to protect users or the platform.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business or audience outcomes from use of your link or analytics. Your results depend on your content, audience, and effort.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Social ID is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount where permitted by law).

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
